Our process

Shipping is always free, whether buying, selling, or returning an item. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sunday).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items you choose.

Where to ship

After you’ve printed out your prepaid USPS label or if you’ve received a GoTooky shipping kit, you can drop your package off at any USPS facility or arrange for a pickup with your local mail carrier.

Please take extra care and precautions when shipping these specific items to avoid any chance of damage occurring during shipping. GoTooky cannot be responsible for devices that you ship.

GoTooky offers (Free) shipping within the Continental United States, through our partnership with the USPS, on transactions of at least $3. We do welcome the use of any other shipping provider at your own expense.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you have changed your shipping address with PayPal.

We will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account at the time of payment. We cannot hold any orders.
