After you’ve printed out your prepaid USPS label or if you’ve received a GoTooky prepaid box and label, you can drop your package off at any USPS facility or arrange for a pickup with your local postal carrier.
Electronics require special care during packaging to ensure that it is (not) damaged in transit. Package your item first in its (original) packaging if you have it. If the original packaging is not available you’ll want to use plenty of packaging material such as antistatic bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, or old newspaper. When placing device and material in box (before tapping) up the box, make sure nothing rattles or slides by giving it a shake. Consider having these items professionally packed at a USPS location if you are uncomfortable with packaging your item yourself. GoTooky cannot be responsible for devices that you ship.
GoTooky offers (Free) shipping within the Continental United States, through our partnership with the USPS, on transactions of at least $3. We do welcome the use of any other shipping provider at your own expense.
Of course, if you would like to include the charger, we will recycle it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for shipping for items that were not shipped using the original label. We actually encourage customers to refrain from sending any additional accessories.
The value of electronics typically declines over time, so we can only honor your offer for (14) days. If we receive your item after the (14) day period, your offer will be expired. If you would still like to sell your item to GoTooky, simply return to GoTooky.com and create a new transaction with the updated price.

Yes, you can. Please just make sure that you include all packing slips we sent you via email.
Your package is insured up to the value we offered you during your online transaction. This insurance covers the shipment from loss due to carrier misconduct or loss of the entire shipment. However, it is not coverage for inadequate packaging. Please make sure you package them with care.
In order to (protect) your private service subscriber key we recommend that you (remove) the SIM card from your device before shipping it to us. In an effort to (protect your privacy), when we receive devices with the SIM cards intact, we are required to destroy them.
